Questions
Will a high score get me more views?
It can't promise that. The score shows how well your post is made, like a checklist from an expert. Views also depend on timing, luck and Instagram itself.
What happens to the video I check for free?
We keep it private for 7 days. If you sign up (or sign in), it moves into your account so you can fix it. If not, we delete it.
Can I use videos from my phone?
Yes. MP4 and MOV videos work, which is what phones record. Videos can be up to 3 minutes long.
Who can see my videos?
Only you. To give you a score, we send a few still pictures from your video, the words spoken in it and your caption to our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude). You can delete any video, or your whole account, at any time.
Why do you need a card for the free trial?
So your plan can carry on without a break if you like it. Nothing is charged for 7 days. Cancel in Plan & settings before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The free check at the top of this page needs no card and no account.
Can PostVirally post to Instagram for me?
Yes, if you want. Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account through Instagram's own sign-in, then schedule a post and we publish it at that time. We also show your real results, learn how you write from your past captions, and help you answer comments. You can disconnect any time.
How do I pay?
By card or digital wallet, through our payment partners Dodo Payments and Razorpay. You're charged once a month in US dollars.
