Who you're dealing with

PostVirally is run by Hara Infotech Pvt Ltd, India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@postvirally.com.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use PostVirally.
• Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Please don't share accounts.

Your content stays yours

You own everything you upload and everything we make for you from it (edited videos, captions and so on). You give us permission to store and process your content only so we can provide PostVirally to you. We don't use it for anything else.

Only upload content you have the right to use. That includes music, video clips and images made by other people.

What you can't do

• Upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harms or harasses others.
• Upload content that breaks someone else's copyright or privacy.
• Try to hack, overload, copy or resell PostVirally, or get around plan limits (for example, by making many free accounts).
• Use PostVirally to create spam or misleading content.

If you break these rules, we may remove the content or close the account.

About the score and the AI

The score is our opinion of how well a post is made, based on a fixed set of checks. It is not a promise of views, likes or followers. Results on Instagram depend on many things we can't see or control.

Captions, hooks and other text are written by AI. AI can make mistakes. Please read and check everything before you post it. You decide what to publish, and you're responsible for it.

PostVirally is not made by, or connected to, Instagram or Meta.

Posting to Instagram for you

• If you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, PostVirally publishes the posts you schedule at the time you choose. You decide what is posted and when. Check each post before you schedule it.
• Instagram can refuse or delay a post (for example, because of its daily posting limit, its rules or an outage). We'll retry and show you if a post failed, but we can't promise every post goes out on time.
• You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect Instagram at any time.

Plans and payments

• Free trial: new accounts get one 7-day free trial of a paid plan. You add a card when you start it. You won't be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged the monthly price. Some limits are smaller during the trial. One free trial per person.
• Plans are charged every month, in US dollars, through our payment partners (Razorpay or Dodo Payments). When you pay through Dodo Payments, Dodo is the seller of record and its terms for the payment also apply.
• Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Plan & settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you aren't charged at all and keep access until the trial ends. If you cancel later, you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
• Each plan has monthly limits, shown on our pricing page. Unused amounts don't carry over to the next month.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 7 days before your next payment.
• Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

The service

We work hard to keep PostVirally running and your files safe, but we can't promise it will never go down or never have errors. Please keep your own copy of your original videos. We may change or improve features over time.

Closing your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that hasn't paid. If we close a paid account without a good reason, we'll refund the unused part of that month.

Limits on our responsibility

PostVirally is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income, lost followers or lost opportunities. If we are responsible for a problem, the most we will pay is what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you by email or in the app if the change is important. If you keep using PostVirally after that, you agree to the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Before going to court, please email us. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.
