Data deletion instructions

You can delete your PostVirally data at any time. Here's how, including the data we copied from Instagram if you connected it.

Delete your whole account

Sign in to PostVirally and open Plan & settings.
If you have a plan or free trial, cancel it first, so your card isn't charged again.
Click Delete my account and all data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, posts, uploads, files, brand details, Creator profile, results, comments and the Instagram connection. It can't be undone.

Delete only your Instagram data

Do either of these:

In PostVirally: Plan & settings → Instagram → Disconnect.
In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find PostVirally and choose Remove. You can then ask for your data to be deleted there too, and we'll delete it automatically.

We then delete your Instagram access key, cancel posts that were scheduled but not yet published, and delete the posts, insights, comments and captions we copied from Instagram. Posts already published on Instagram stay on Instagram; delete them in the Instagram app if you want them gone.

Can't sign in?

Email support@postvirally.com from the email address on your account (or tell us your Instagram username) and ask us to delete your data. We'll confirm within 7 days and finish within 30 days.
